This does not work as it does not open a bottle. It is impossible to get a bottle under the dogs lip to open a beer. When we did mount the opener and tried to open the a beer it damaged our new bar. This bottle opener does not have room to open a beer bottle without either a. spilling your beer or b. creating damage to the area you mounted the opener too. I was completely let down.

I'm not sure why but the product we recieved did not look like the one in the picture! The paint on the one we recieved was hideous. This was a gift to my brother and sister-n-law, whom at the time had two bull dogs and a new house. My husband and I thought it'd be cute in their new kitchen. It came late and the paint was terrible. We did give it to them any ways because we had nothing else, like I said it was to late to go and buy soomething else for them. NOT happy at all with this. The mold of the face was great and it is cast iron very heavy BUT... the paint was horrible! We should have just exchanged it, so that was our fault for not!
