Simply the best waiter's style corkscrew I have found. Very easy worm insertion, and the cork come out straight with no effort at all. Even the foil cutter blade is functional, something that is not always the case with a waiter's style corkscrew. I still prefer a separate foil cutter such as the Metrokane Rabbit version, but at least the built-in one actually works. For easiest use, cut the foil at the bottom of the drip ring of the bottle, not at the top of the drip ring; it's easier to maintain pressure for cutting the foil this way. Then use the foil cutter blade to scrape the foil up and away from the bottle. Love the color options; given the low price for such a good corkscrew, no reason not to buy more than one. It seems to be well made and the 3-year warranty suggests more than reasonable durability.

My girlfriend bought this so I don't really care, but it's the classic get what you pay for. I'm sure this is made in China like all the other cheap crap we buy.

Good product for weekly use. I open 100's of bottle of wine a week at work. Just wish the hinges and mouth were made of stronger mer. Definitely recommend this product for home use.
