Forget a woman even trying to use this. My husband has to get on the floor and use a great deal of force and dexterity to even get the screw into the cork and hold the bottle so it wont keep turning.... then he uses needle nose pliers to get the cork off the screw. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PRODUCT!!!!

With a single use, the unit blew a power wire on the reversing circuit. After a repair, the unit worked only briefly. When it was working electrically, it was only modestly effective removing corks. Don't bother with this unit.

The corkscrew is made of cheap hard plastic. I used it 3 times. The product successfully removed the wine cork when it worked, but on the 3rd occasion the product simply stopped working and now is in the trash. Don't buy this product.
