My corkscrew didn't even have enough power to pull one cork. I should have sent it back but I made a major mistake and thought I should deal directly with Metrokane Houdini. Before Christmas I contacted their Consumer Service Coordinator and was told to sent it back to them. After seven emails and three phone calls I was finally told the "delay was due to a busy season" and I would have my replacement by "next Friday" That was 23 days ago and I'm still waiting!Pray that your opener works out of the box and if not, don't rely on Metrokane Houdini customer service.
